Selfish isn't bad!

A healthy selfishness is what motivates you through life.

Being selfish is not about hurting or harming people that you care about.

The new and innovative way of looking at selfishness is about being focused on what will bring you happiness, success and achievement.  It is about Personal Reward & Empowerment in a positive and healthy way.

Science has shown us that we all have a ‘selfish gene’.  This selfish gene is a natural part of our evolution and personal growth.  However we have been conditioned to believe that being selfish is bad.  People have become confused and misled believing that you have to be selfless, sacrificing and compromising to find happiness.

The truth is we are all really selfish.  We all want happiness, success and we all want to achieve great things in our lives. We all need to get real about who we are and what we want in our lives. This starts by acknowledging our own innate selfishness and learning how to use it in a healthy and positive way.

A healthy selfishness drives you through life with passion and enthusiasm seeking what is best for you in all areas of your life.

‘The Selfish Self’ is a term that represents the deep inner ‘self’ that constantly strives to make you feel good about your life.  It is that little rush of adrenaline you feel when you get excited or motivated about something positive in your life.

‘The Selfish Self’ approach is to challenges old and damaging ingrained societal beliefs that have been holding you back from succeeding at work, at your sport and in your relationships.

‘The Selfish Self’ process teaches and creates new revolutionary thinking tailored for your own personalized goals, beliefs, values, morals and integrity.
